The "Day of the open monument" is a nationwide organized event, which allows residents of a region explore and visit monuments, which is actually inaccessible to the public (e.g. private historic and office buildings or industrial plants). FILK participated time and again, as all buildings are protected as individual monuments.
This year FILK will open its doors again for guided tours through the labarotories and technical centres and will show the scope of materials with which the FILK scientists are engaged.
